I have been debating starting this blog for months. I feel like I always have crafty stuff that I want to blog about, but I don't want to gum up the family blog with it. I also don't want people to think I am bragging about what I make (which I feel like I do when I post crafty stuff on the family blog). And I didn't start this blog to brag, either. I just want a place where I can show my stuff to my family and friends, and so I can look back and remember what I have made. I might also post things I would like to make or cool ideas I come across. And I may slip in a recipe from time to time. I guess we'll see.

Fun! I have a 'crafty' blog for the same reason. Although, most of the stuff on it is in the "things I want to make" category, and not the "things I've made" category. Oh, well. So, YEA that you are actually making things! I'm excited to see what else you post!

The rollie pollies are so cute. You inspired me to make superhero capes for Jericks birthday. I remembered the ones you made for your boys. It was so much fun! I had forgotten how much I enjoy sewing.
